  • How is my car shipping cost calculated?
    We calculate in many factors into shipping your car. The mileage between your origin and destination is a large factor. The condition of the vehicle is the next factor, whether it’s operable or in-operable. The last factor is the date that your vehicle is ready to be picked up. There are minor factors such as open or enclosed carriers. Rates will vary depending upon these factors.
  • How do I pay for the auto shipment?
    At the time of booking, there is an initial deposit that is deducted from the total tariff that will go directly to the driver for initial gas, tolls, fees, etc. You can pay for the initial deposit via any major Credit or Debit Card. You don’t need to pay the remaining balance until your vehicle arrives safely at the destination. Our drivers are very flexible and accommodating and accept Cash or Certified Check, and even digital transfer services such as Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle etc. For any questions with this process, please contact us for information.
  • How soon should I schedule my transport?
    The further your vehicle is set for shipment, the easier it will be to accommodate and reach the requirements that you desire in your auto shipment process. For best results, we suggest booking 1-2 weeks in advance. However, we are typically able to get you in touch with one of our trusted, premium drivers within 24-72 hours if you need it shipped next-day.
  • What details do you need to place an order?
    We will need the exact address that your vehicle will be picked up from and delivered to, as well as the name and phone number of the contact person at each location. We will also need the date that your vehicle will be ready and the year, make, and model of the vehicle(s) that will be transported.
  • Can I place the order if I don’t know the exact address?
    Yes, just the City, State, and ZIP Code will work, but we will need the exact addresses of the pickup and drop-off locations once a driver is dispatched.
  • What is the typical pickup window?
    The pickup window after booking an order for auto shipment is normally 24-72 hours.
  • Does someone have to be present for pick-up and delivery?
    Yes, there must be someone present at the pickup and drop-off of the vehicle. There must be someone over the age of 18 who can sign the initial and final inspection reports.
  • Where will my car be picked up and delivered?
    Our driver will deliver your vehicle door-to-door. Auto transport trucks are large and need lots of room to maneuver and turn around, so if access to the pickup or drop-off location is restricted, the driver may ask that you meet at a location nearby with a large parking lot, such as a grocery store or local outlet.
  • When will my vehicle be delivered?
    The drop-off time will be based on the distance between the pickup and drop-off address. Generally, drivers are allowed 500 miles a day. Get in contact with one of our dispatchers to get a more accurate answer.
  • Can I put personal items in my vehicle?
    You can ship personal belongings inside of your car, but the total weight of these items cannot be more than one hundred-fifty pounds and they must be left in the trunk or back seats, under the window line.
  • How much gas should I have in my car during transport?
    We recommend leaving at least ¼ Tank, or approximately 3-4 gallons.
  • Can I ship my vehicle if it isn't running?
    Yes, we can ship vehicles that are non-running/inoperable. When inoperable cars are shipped, a special auto carrier is required that makes use of a winch which is connected to your car that safely pulls your vehicle onto the carrier.   • Can I ship a modified or oversized vehicle?
    Yes, you can ship any size of vehicle. You will need to get in contact with us for a more specialized rate.
  • Can I ship a vehicle with low ground clearance?
    Yes, however any vehicle with clearance lower than 4 inches will likely need to be shipped on an enclosed trailer with a lift gate.
  • Do I need license plates on a vehicle to ship it?
    No, you simply need the vehicle and keys upon pickup and drop-off.
  • What is Door-To-Door Transport?
    Door-To-Door Transport is the process of picking up and delivering your vehicle from one residential/business address to another. This is the most efficient way to transport your vehicle commercially.
  • What methods of auto shipping services do you offer?
    We offer a wide variety of shipping services. There is open transport, enclosed transport, and occasionally top-load service.
  • What type of truck will transport my vehicle?
    This depends on the factors of your vehicle. It will either be open or enclosed in a single carrier, all the way up to a 12-car carrier. For more information, get in contact with us.
  • What types of vehicles do you ship?
    We ship a wide variety of vehicles such as coupes, sedans, SUVs, pickup trucks, minivans, vans, oversized vehicles, antiques, classic cars, motorcycles, construction vehicles, inoperable vehicles, and boats.
  • What is the difference between open and enclosed transport?
    Open transport is the most common and practical way to ship your vehicle. Enclosed transport is considered a more “luxurious” option for antiques, new vehicles, motorcycles, or anything of high sentimental value.
  • Can I ship a car from an auto auction?
    Yes, we ship vehicles from auto auction sites on a daily basis. As long as the vehicle is fully paid, we can offer an honest quote for pickup and delivery.
  • Can I ship my vehicle from a dealership?
    Yes, we ship vehicles from dealerships on a daily basis. As long as the vehicle is fully paid, we can offer an honest quote for pickup and delivery.
  • Is my vehicle insured during transport?
    All insurance is counted during transport of the vehicle(s). A comprehensive insurance plan in writing can be offered immediately after the time of booking. You are always fully insured up to $1,000,000 per load. Contact us for more information.
  • Do you offer discounts or special rates?
    Yes, we offer Military Discounts. If you, a family member, and/or friend served in the military, you are able to get a discount. Be sure to mention it at the time of booking!
